Aspen Fencing Camp is open to fencers ages 7 and older. All fencers must have intermediate level or higher foil fencing skills. Competition experience is a plus. Fencers must provide their own equipment—limited supplies to borrow in case of emergency will be on hand.
Campers will be separated by age and skill when appropriate. We anticipate roughly grouping campers as Y12 and under, Y14 through Junior, and Senior plus Veteran. Skill and coaches’ initiative will guide flexible groupings.
This edition of the camp is foil-only.
The first 15 registrations before 11/15/24 will pay a 25% deposit. Once we have the equivalent of 15 full price registrations, the full amount will be charged. If we have not reached the equivalent of 15 full price registrations by 11/15/24, we will either issue refunds or otherwise modify the camp to accommodate a smaller group.
After 15 full price registrations have been enrolled, all campers must pay the entire cost at time of enrollment.
Refunds may be requested up to 48 hours after booking. After that, camp fees are non-refundable. All refunds will have a 5% fee to cover transaction costs.
All registrations are subject to a $100 late fee after Nov 25, 2024.
Aspen Fencing Camp is dedicated to expanding access to elite training opportunities to all fencers. At least five grants will be allotted via an application process. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Grants may be awarded immediately after review, however October 1, October 15, and November 1 are scheduled release dates for waves of grants. Additional grants may be issued at the discretion of Aspen Fencing Camp.
